The award was handed over by Investors in People, a framework that helps suitable organisations of any size and sector to transform business performance through people. The Bronze award is achieved by just 5 percent of recognised organisations in the UK, with the honour only being handed to those that have demonstrated an additional 26 more pieces of evidence in the Investors in People core Standard.
